Refund policy
We accept the return of all online orders for physical products within 14 days of receipt provided the item is in "as sent" condition and is not marked as "Final Sale" or in the Non-Returnable Items section below. All digital products of any kind are final sale only and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for eligible returns, so please contact us at inquiries@bootsandspade.com to determine if this fee is applicable.
Return Process To initiate a return for eligible physical products, please contact us at inquiries@bootsandspade.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll need to provide your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Condition Requirements Returns must be in the exact "as sent" condition - this means the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Damaged Items In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us at inquiries@bootsandspade.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will address legitimate shipping damage issues on a case-by-case basis.
Authenticity Guarantee (For Select Items Only) For specific items clearly marked with an "Authenticity Guarantee" on our website, we guarantee the authenticity as described. These select pieces come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. If any such item is determined not to be ancient by a recognized authority, it can be returned for a refund minus the restocking fee current to the date when the return is initiated, provided the item is still in the original "as sent" condition. This policy extends so long as Boots & Spade LLC is legally operating. Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- All digital products (including but not limited to templates, photos, custom hieroglyphics, illustrations, studies, digital booklets, and any other digital content)
- Printed items unless otherwise marked
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom products
- Personal care goods
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, Boots & Spade will aim to refund on your original payment method within 30 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee.
